TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following conditions govern the sale and reservation of all products shown on this site by the “Societe de T&BA Sarl, Marcellaz, 73410 St.Girod – France,
All bookings imply compliance to the terms and conditions.
Article 1: T&BA Objective
T&BA guarantees reservations, on behalf of the client, for ski and snowboard rental in the destination, selected by the client. T&BA transmits offers for accommodation, of Het Frankrijkhuis, touroperator in Haarlem, The Netherlands. Bookings will be done directly by HFH and on these bookings the general conditions of HFH are applicable.
Article 2: Reservations
A – T&BA takes responsibility for ensuring that the resort sporting goods stores honour all reservations made through SnowPack Plus.
B – T&BA reserves the right to unilaterally refuse a reservation.
Article 3: Payment of a reservation
A – The reservation must be paid in full by payment on line or bank transfer to the account of T&BA, Banque LAYDERNIER in CHAMBERY – France, latest 5 days befor arrival in the resort. B – In case of absence or late payment, T&BA reserves the right to cancel a reservation.
Article 4: Changing a reservation
A – All changes made to a reservation must be brought to the attention of T&BA no later than 5 days prior to arrival at the chosen destination.
B - Should the reservee be unable to use his/her reservation, a person of his/her choice may replace him, on the condition that T&BA is informed of the replacement beforehand.
Article 5: Cancellations
A – The client may cancel all or part of a reservation. T&BA must be advised of this cancellation by e-mail or in writing, by registered post with confirmation of receipt, no later than 5 days prior to the start of the reservation period. In this case, payment will be promptly refunded, with a deduction of a 5% administration fee.
In case of a cancellation of less than 5 days prior to the reservation period, payment will only be refunded with agreement in writing of the shop in the resort.
Article 6: Documentation
The client will receive a full description of booked services, as well as a confirmation of payment received, no later than 8 days after reception of payment.
Article 7: Claims
All claims should be addressed to the T&BA Head Office and sent registered mail with confirmation of receipt within 30 days of execution by the concerned parties. Any claims sent past this period will be disregarded.
Article 8: Responsibilities of T&BA
T&BA is an intermediary between client and service provider.
As a general rule, T&BA takes no responsibility for indirect damages suffered.
T&BA will not be held responsible for non-implementation or poor implementation of the contract ascribable either to client or circumstance, being unpredictable and insurmountable, and due to a third party force beyond control. Therefore:
- T&BA cannot be held responsible for the deficiencies and/or shortcomings of the service providers concerned (ski schools, sporting goods stores).
- T&BA cannot be held responsible for damages or prejudices (financial, material, physical) suffered by the client related to or caused by the concerned service providers (ski schools, sporting goods stores).
